At Kevin TV, we want every customer to be satisfied with their experience. However, due to the nature of our digital services, we have a clear refund policy in place to avoid confusion.

 

🚫 No Refunds on 1-Month Subscriptions or Paid Apps

We do not offer refunds for 1-month plans or any paid apps. These products are considered instant-use digital services, and once delivered, they are fully activated and cannot be undone.

❗ Why Refunds Are Not Available for Digital Streaming Services

Our service is delivered digitally, and once an account is created, it is active and cannot be deleted or re-used. Access is given instantly and includes full content from the moment the user logs in.

Refunds are not possible in these cases:

  • If the subscription was used for more than 10 days

  • If you ordered and received your account details

  • If the issue is device-related or outside our control

  • If you’re unhappy due to internet speed, buffering, or content expectations

✅ What We Can Offer

If your account is not working within the first few days, or if there’s a technical issue, we will happily replace your line or move you to a different server at no extra cost.

⚠️ Digital Product Policy

All of our products are digital. This means once the access is sent, we cannot reverse it. For this reason, all sales are final and non-refundable as stated at the time of purchase.

We advise all new users to try a free trial first or choose a short-term plan to test the service before committing to a longer plan.
